Today was the last last for early voting. Francesca and I were campaigning outside City Hall where more than a hundred people cast votes. Javier with his ad.
We were joined by Grovite Javier Gonzalez. Grove Bay bothers him so much he took an ad out in the Herald today.
Our musician friend Zip Robertson stopped to say hello as he walked his dog. He has a big "Stop Grove Bay" banner hanging in the rigging of his sailboat, easily seen from Scotty's Landing.Captain Zip Several people asked us who we recommend for the Grove's Village Council (it is also on the ballot). We like the three candidates who had the good sense to fight the Grove Bay proposal. They are Louise Caro, Kate Callahan, and our new campaign friend, Javier Gonzalez.
Join all of us on Tuesday as we vote "No" on Grove Bay.
