DANCIN' DOG

Most of you are familiar with well-known paintings like Van Gogh's Starry Night,  Botticelli's The Birth of Venus, and perhaps Glenn Terry's, Dancin' Dog.  The first two are not available and if they were, you probably could not afford them.
  Which brings us to Dog...
Mr. Terry's 2012 painting (house paint on plywood, 10" x 13") will be offered for sale on Sunday, May 5th, at 11 am.
  It's a good deal.

Consider this, last year someone paid $120 million for Edvard Munch's The Scream
The buyer paid that much for a painting of some Norwegian guy freaking out.  As long as he lives he'll look at the pasty, petrified face and scream, "I paid 120 million for that?"

You can buy Terry's painting for a mere $15.  Every time you see the happy, brown terrier  you'll feel happy, good, and you may even feel like dancin'.
Terry (well, its just me) is also selling fish made from palm tree seed pods and cardboard box robot masks.  They'll all be a part of the littlest art show you ever went to.  Its at Plymouth Church, in the South Grove, and the public is invited.
The historic church (Devon Road & and Main Highway) puts on the diminutive show every year.  This one is on Sunday (manana) for just one hour, from 11 to noon,  in the big hall behind the sanctuary.  There's lots of free parking.

On the lawn out front will be an antique auto show featuring eight old cars. We may even bring ours.
You probably never go to an art show for more than an hour anyway.  This one may be just right for you.
