We're eating, freezing, and giving them away but still, we have too many mangoes. Yesterday morning I put a bowl full by the road. By 10 AM they were gone so I went picking again.
A few hours later a huge tour bus was lost on our skinny street. A young man quickly jumped out, grabbed a mango and ran back in. I followed him with my bowl and gave one to all the tourists on board. The driver admonished, "Please don't eat them now. They're very messy!" As they drove off the visitors smiled and waved with new souvenirs in hand.
