South Miami's farmers market sprouted on Sunset drive this weekend. On our brief visit dozens of people came by to purchase produce, plants, crafts, and -in our case-an incredible chocolate-hazelnut croissant.

Farmers markets give people a chance to gather and know the folks who grow their food. The South Miami Farmer's Market will be open every Saturday from 9 am 'til 2.
